Tech Executive and Entrepreneur Lou Shipley Joins WayScript's Board of Directors

We are so excited to announce Lou Shipley has joined our Board of Directors. He brings tremendous expertise in software startups and will accelerate our work to help developers maintain their flow state via preconfigured, single-click dev environments.

Lou is an enterprise software executive with over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, sales innovator, investor, and technology business writer. He currently teaches entrepreneurial sales at the Harvard Business School. Previously, he was the CEO of Black Duck Software where he led the company through six quarters of record growth and an acquisition by Synopsys for $565 million in 2017.

ou has a wealth of experience guiding startups. He’s held key roles at Avid, WebLine (Cisco), FairMarket (Ebay), Reflectent (Citrix) and VMTurbo. He's also spent time on the investing side, most recently as Executive-in-Residence at General Catalyst.
